Clinic Access

Due to the COVID-19 situation and to to ensure patients’ privacy, Joie De Vivre MedSpa of Chattanooga Medical Aesthetics & AntiAging admits patients to the clinic on an appointment-only basis. When you make your appointment, you will be provided with a number to call or text when you have arrived. At that time, the door will be unlocked, and you will be welcomed to your scheduled appointment.

Treatment Outcomes

Joie De Vivre MedSpa of Chattanooga Medical Aesthetics & AntiAging reflects the latest in proven minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, provided by highly trained and qualified board certified providers. We do our utmost to achieve optimal results for all our patients and to accurately describe what you can expect from your treatment or service. However, the results of any aesthetic treatment will vary from individual to individual. Joie De Vivre MedSpa of Chattanooga Medical Aesthetics & AntiAging makes no guarantees regarding patient satisfaction.

Revisional or Additional Treatment or Treatment of Complications

Aesthetic practice is not an exact science. Although we anticipate very good results based on the best medical data and previous patient outcomes, we cannot guarantee or warrant the outcome of any treatment or service. In some cases, additional or follow-up treatments of the same or different types may be necessary to achieve the desired effect. These could result in additional charges, for which you may be responsible.

Cancellations

To maintain our high standards of service for all patients, Joie De Vivre MedSpa of Chattanooga Medical Aesthetics & AntiAging has a 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows us to make the best use of our time and continue to offer maximum availability. We ask all patients to inform us in advance if they will be unable to make a scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $100.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for treatments, products, or services. In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your Joie De Vivre MedSpa of Chattanooga Medical Aesthetics & AntiAging experience, we encourage you to work with our patient coordinator to determine if a follow-up appointment might assuage your concerns.

Parking

Free parking is available for all our patients in the parking lot in front of or to the side of 13 W Kent Street building where our clinic is located. Additional free parking is also available across the street in the parking structure.

Payment

We accept cash as well as all credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Financing is available for qualified applicants through Care Credit. Payments for all in-office treatments are due at the time of service.

Children Policy

Due to safety reasons, no children under the age of 15 are allowed at Joie De Vivre MedSpa of Chattanooga Medical Aesthetics & AntiAging while waiting.

Dog Policy

We love dogs and have them at home! Due to safety regulations, no dogs are allowed at Joie De Vivre MedSpa of Chattanooga Medical Aesthetics & AntiAging. Practice
